Hey all, I want to let everyone know that I won't be able to do anything on Sept 3rd as I will spend all day with my family for labor day. So Spring 1499 retreats need to be done before that, and then next... Fall 1499 movements won't start until Sept 4th.

*First, I have to say this... NMR on me one more time... *sigh* I'm booting you, France. It doesn't matter if it's a non-consequent NMR. This will be the last one before consequences will hit. I really prefer to not do that. Plus the game is nearing the end anyway, so the best thing is to see this thing to the end and then you can say you've played your very first Diplomacy game ever, and you've learned quite a thing or two from it. Alrighty, Europyrealm?

I apologize, I had originally planned to process the orders & the maps, and then release them tonight.

Today, I had to (unexpectedly) set aside 8 hours and worked in helping around my Uncle's house in finish two important projects. I'm glad to say that it all ended out great at the end of this day even though it took a great deal of time, energy and money out of me.

For sure, I'll release the results and the maps before tomorrow night.

I need one retreat order from Spain, hopefully he will be online, but if not, then that just might as well be as it is. I will wait one day then proceed with or without that.

Since there has been no word from him, the Fleet in Morocco is automatically disbanded.

Fall 1500 starts now, and ends on the night Sept 17th. Godspeed each one of you on this final phase (unless a retreat is needed and might change the SC count).

Whew... that was a game! Netherlands was able to fight off England excellently quite nearly all the way up to the bitter end despite being outnumbered. France and Spain had a slow start, then made some decent progress later on. And... It was a neck-and-neck race between Portugal and England to dominate their own respective regions against their enemies, but in the end, Portugal finally wins with a narrow, but solid lead!
