Every single time when you have tried making a unified South America someone has derailed your efforts, rather....terribly. |

As Colombia (or New Granda), I'm keen in hoping that no great powers would come over and grab Panama from me for the sake of the canal lol. Chancellor Otto von Bismarck, historically, there was also the alternative route through Nicaragua that USA & Europeans was seriously contemplating. So a hostile takeover might not be entirely nonoptional (as it was portrayed in Vicky2), yes? |

Sure... we could always do a Dip, but do we really want to? I think I'm leaning toward no for myself, but if you guys are clamoring for one, as in ANYTHING to do atm even if it's a Diplomacy game... shoot me, I'll allow it, lol.
