Unf, my school's final exams start next week. I don't think I can commit myself into an RP or anything of the sort for now. Maybe if you ask the GM ( Transfermium), a short delay in getting the game start might be approved. I personally tend to check up on everyone on how they would feel about the start date. So it might happen earlier or later. |

Do you guys want me to post a poll (or even somebody else if they beat me to the punch), and see when you guys want the first RP or game to start? If people wants to play something ASAP, but want the Dippy game to wait until mid-June, or whatever else, I'm cool for that. I'm merely the forum admin, the main thing is that you guys have fun, and I'm flexible with that as in how you want to do it.

I'm responding to everybody who has posted so far. I think this June 8th date could work great for a launch date, if we have a 72 hour schedule and subs ready on standby. My thoughts in response to each specific person's post:(see below under each quote bracket)

Perhaps I can go ahead and set myself aside as the standby substitute, for you and for anyone else (on different days, not at the same time). I can't play. Got exams after the 16th. Yes, if it isn't evident already I have exams after every three months Maybe if you need a sub for only the specific worst few days, you might still be able to manage to get some communications with other players and a set of orders submitted to the GM on the other days. Then... you would only actually be out of the loop for a short while and if I'm not subbing for somebody else, this definitely could work. You could even be a second substitute if you can't be there in the beginning. I probably would need you to step in while I'm already subbing for somebody else at the moment.
